What You’ll Pay and When It Arrives

Getting your order to you safely and without unnecessary cost is our priority. For any purchase with a total of £13.98 or more, the delivery is on us. If your basket comes to between £0.00 and £13.97, a flat fee of £2.99 will be added at checkout. Regardless of which option applies, you can count on your package being fully protected during transit, and we guarantee it will reach you within a maximum of 30 days.

What to Expect with Your Timeline

Once you place an order, we need a little time to prepare it carefully. This preparation stage takes between 3 and 7 days. After that, your package is handed over to our shipping partners and begins its journey to you. The travel time for standard delivery typically falls within a window of 14 to 30 days. We want to be clear: even though the journey can take up to a month, it will never exceed 30 days from the moment it leaves our hands.

When Delays Might Happen

While we work hard to keep everything on schedule, a few factors outside our direct control can occasionally slow things down. Public holidays, the specific destination country, severe weather conditions, and the operations of international couriers can all influence the final delivery date. Rest assured, these are the only reasons your package might take a little longer, and even then, the 30-day maximum delivery promise remains firm.

Our Responsibility to You

We take full ownership of your order’s safety from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives at your door. This means we are accountable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during the shipping process. The only exception to this is if you decide to arrange your own courier service. In that specific case, the responsibility for the shipment’s safety and timely delivery shifts to you. If you ever have a question or a concern about your order’s journey, you can reach out to us directly at support@acomodatby.com at any time, and we will work with you to find a solution.
